Condition and purpose
When using the company's provided property, the client must handle it with care. The client bears full responsibility for any loss or damage to Motorbike Rental Da Nang's equipment during the rental period.
Riding a motorbike comes with inherent risks. The client assumes full responsibility for: (a) the equipment; and (b) ensuring the safety of themselves and others. The client acknowledges the potential risks associated with riding, renting, and using the equipment.
The client guarantees that anyone using the equipment is capable and qualified to do so. They will use the equipment as intended, follow all safety and usage instructions provided by Motorbike Rental Da Nang, and comply with all legal requirements related to equipment use and control. No modifications will be made to the equipment.
- The client agrees not to make any changes or modifications to the equipment without the permission of Motorbike Rental Da Nang. Any unauthorized alterations or modifications will be considered damage, subject to the terms outlined in article 6-7).
The client is solely responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment during the rental period. In the event of equipment damage or loss, the client must promptly contact Motorbike Rental Da Nang and comply with any reasonable instructions provided.
In the case of equipment damage (excluding reasonable wear and tear and damage to inner parts), the client shall be responsible for and cover the full cost of repairs. This includes the cost of replacing any damaged parts and labor required to restore the equipment to its original condition before the rental period began. Motorbike Rental Da Nang holds the exclusive right to reasonably determine if damage occurred during the rental period, assess the extent of the damage, and calculate the total repair cost.
Regardless of the reason for equipment loss, the client will be held liable for the full cost of replacing the equipment by Motorbike Rental Da Nang.
In addition to the expenses mentioned in articles 6) and 7), the client is responsible for compensating Motorbike Rental Da Nang for any income losses incurred due to the unavailability of the equipment for rental caused by damage or loss. The amount will not exceed the cost of renting the equipment for 30 days at the current rate.
Payment
To rent our services, full payment is required upfront. Payment should be made in cash prior to the start of the rental period.
In the event that circumstances beyond the control of Motorbike Rental Da nang (such as theft, fire, earthquake, or damage from a previous rental contract) make the service unavailable for the agreed rental period, we will make every effort to offer the client a suitable alternative. If we are unable to provide a suitable alternative, the client will be entitled to a full refund of any payments made to Motorbike Rental Da Nang, excluding any costs incurred by Motorbike Rental Da Nang related to this specific booking.
Please note that no refunds will be issued for early returns, late pickups, no-shows, or changes of mind.
